2.1. License: HyperDisk grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by Apple Inc. and the Mac App Store.
2.2. Restrictions: You may not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not use the App in any way that could harm the App, its users, or any third parties.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Rayner Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
To the extent permitted by law, Rayner Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Rayner Software reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason without notice.
Rayner Software may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the App after any such changes, you agree to abide by the updated terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions for the Mac App Store.
